With nearly a decade of experience in commercial and residential construction, Michael Minotti brings expertise in managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects across Florida. As a Project Manager at Turnbow Construction, he oversees every stage of construction—from budgeting and subcontractor coordination to scheduling and quality control.

Previously with Scorpio Construction, Ovida Construction Group, and DR Horton, Michael has led successful projects including resort-style clubhouses, community centers, and school expansions. Known for his leadership and precision, he ensures every build meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Austin Walters leads operational delivery at Turnbow Construction, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and with quality oversight. As Vice President of Operations, he manages field teams, subcontractor coordination, schedules, and client communication across active projects.

Known for his steady leadership style and strong client relationships, Austin serves as the primary operational point of contact for ongoing construction. His focus on accountability, schedule discipline, and execution consistency allows the company to scale while maintaining quality standards.

With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built a solid foundation of expertise across all phases of the building process. My career has given me extensive knowledge of field operations, safety standards, and industry best practices, allowing me to consistently contribute to the successful completion of projects of varying scope and complexity. In addition to leadership and field management, I remain highly involved in hands-on work, particularly with trim and woodworking, where I bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to craftsmanship. Known as a dependable and solutions-driven professional, I take pride in being a strong team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to achieve results. My dedication to quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork has earned me a reputation as a trusted and valuable contributor on every project I take part in.

Dane supports field execution and project coordination across Turnbow Construction’s active job sites. Working closely with operations leadership, he assists with subcontractor oversight, site logistics, quality control, and schedule adherence.

With hands-on experience across multiple commercial projects, Dane is expanding into a larger supervisory role, contributing to jobsite efficiency and team accountability.
